Terms and Conditions – ceu77: Platform Rules and Rights

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and the ceu77 ("Platform"), governing access to and use of all services available on the ceu77.best website, including Sports Betting, online casino games, promotions, bonuses, and related features.

• Bets on postponed or canceled events are fully refunded, unless the event is rescheduled and the User chooses to keep the bet;
• For accumulator bets, all selections must win for the return to be paid out. A cancelled selection is removed from the accumulator and the remaining selections retain their results;

• Bonus balances must meet the specified rollover requirement before they can be withdrawn;
• The welcome bonus is 100% of the first deposit, up to R$ 500.00. The rollover is 5x for Sports Betting (minimum odds of 1.50) and 30x for casino (slots with RTP above 95%);
• Bets with odds below the minimum required, cancelled bets, or bets on markets excluded by the bonus conditions do not count toward the rollover;

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil, including the Brazilian Civil Code (Law No. 10,406/2002), the Consumer Protection Code (Law No. 8,078/1990), the General Data Protection Law (Law No. 13,709/2018), and the specific sports betting legislation currently in force.

Any disputes between the User and ceu77 that cannot be resolved directly through support will be submitted to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Brazil. The User and ceu77 agree to attempt to resolve any dispute amicably before resorting to legal proceedings.

If any clause of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable by a court decision, the remaining clauses continue in full force and effect.
